    Fried Carolina Buttermilk Lemon Catfish:
       with Hominy Country Ham Stew.

        Seared White Rock Farms Bass:
            with Roasted Pepper Beurre Blanc Pesto & Orzo Pilaf


     Pasta Tutto Giardino:
Handmade Papardelle pasta with
    Spring vegetable Soffrito and Prosciutto

     Parisian Picnic
Country Pork Pate, Cornichon Camembert & Duck Arugula Saladwith Dijon Vinaigrette


Jambalaya:
Shrimp, chicken, and garlic sausage simmered
  in tomatoes, peppers, celery, and onions,
 with rice (picanté).

   Charleston Shrimp & Grits:
North Carolina Jumbo Shrimp sautéed
 with Applewood Smoked Bacon,
mushrooms and scallions, served on Cheddar
Grits.

Steak Frites:
A 12 oz NY strip steak sautéed in olive oil,
topped with Béarnaise Compound Butter,
and served with our own Belgian Fries from
hand cut fresh potatoes. 

Garlic Lime Chicken:
 Grilled French breast of organic chicken with Curried Potatoes & Cauliflower
